I have been using ieGeek cameras a lot and I can tell you that they never disappoint. It is the same this time. I needed a camera that does not rely on any external infrastructure. For a countryside house to be monitored. I did not want to install broadband where I normally go there during summer for a month and otherwise a couple of times over for weekends, but I wanted to monitor it remotely. Now with this new camera I can :) What you get is a premium packaged camera with the following in the box: - QHD Pan Tilt Zoom camera with flood light LEDs and PIR sensor (Built in sim card more on that later) - Solar panel - Fitting brackets for the camera and solar panel - USB-C cable for charging - Instructions - Warranty card Once you connect the camera with the APP (which is super simple just follow the instructions) you can really easy control its PTZ functionality and the camera responds very snappily unlike other cameras on the market where there is a delay and you cannot really quickly pan to where you want to. You also get a trial for 3 days on the sim card and then you can sign up to have 200GB of data per month which is plenty for your monitoring needs. I believe if you would like to you can fit your own sim card just contact customer services and they should guide you through but anyway why would you want to do that you get 200GB of data for just £7.99 per month which is very cheap. You can set up AI Human recognition within the APP to reduce those false triggers with animals like birds or foxes. What I found super useful is the 6s cloud recording clip functionality which allows you to get clips recorded onto the cloud for free without the need of having a microSD card installed in the camera which you can if you wish. One brilliant feature which is a little bit hidden in the camera app is the ability to record clips whilst you're viewing the camera live. I have attached a video that you can see. You can go into landscape mode press the camera button and the recording starts then when you finish you'll get it saved to albums of the app which is a bit hidden after the controls on the second page and you see a button called album. If I would to nitpick on this then this would be my only complaint the app could be redesigned a little, but nevertheless it has a great amount of features that you can customise. One more thing to bear in mind is that this camera only supports 4G/LTE connection via the sim card and you cannot connect it as a fallback to your WiFi network which is I guess a design choice. But worth mentioning in case someone needs the WiFi functionality. ieGeek has plenty to offer on that side too ;) Overall I really recommend this camera.

Cannot rate this camera highly enough. It has been fitted in my horses stable so i can check in on her in the evening and early mornings as she is stabled away from home. The fact it works from 4g and doesnt require wifi and is rechargable/has a solar panel is great. I have turned the motion detection off as it would be going off every 5 seconds, but i can still check in on the live feed. The night vision is great, but the light can be turned on/off remotely from my phone. I honestly cannot fault this camera for the price and it has given me complete piece of mind as i can check my horse is ok wherever i am, no matter the time

I am really impressed with this security camera ! I already have two outdoor iegeek WiFi cameras in use and also one indoor version and these are also great. My reason for purchasing this one is my WiFi range was not adequate to reach where I wanted to install a camera to monitor my Koi pool. What I love about iegeek cameras is that you can control them all from the same App and are all very intuitive to use plus the ease which you can share the footage with any one you specify. The solar panels charge well even thro wintertime, I have solar panels on all my cameras and the one on the back of the house hardly gets any sun in winter but it's still kept fully charged so i've never had to take any down to charge them. Regarding this camera I love the ability to be able to pan and tilt it to cover my whole garden from the App screen in fact it's almost 360 deg rotation. I use an micro SD card for image and video recording, image quality is good and it comes with a pre-installed SIM card with 3 days free usage (They could have given us a week !) The only negative is that the SIM card is pre-installed so you can't use another providers SIM ! Nothing to really dislike apart from SIM card issue (But that's only minor) Build quality is excellent as always from iegeek all wall mounts, screws and wallplugs included. As far as weatherproofing is concerned time will tell as it's only been insalled for two days, should be okay if my other iegeek outdoor cameras are anything to go by, Just a slight issue with one of the solar panels which looks like it's letting moisture in under the panel but still charging fine. In summary I would highly recommend this 3G/4G security camera, good value for the price from Amazon with a hefty discount buy it now while the discount lasts.. Cheers Mike..

I bought this camera for its built-in, swappable SIM card feature, and overall, it’s a solid performer. The camera itself works flawlessly—clear footage, easy setup, and the SIM card option is a game-changer for areas without Wi-Fi. My only small gripe: the Amazon listing mentions Alexa compatibility, but this only works when using Wi-Fi. When switching to the SIM card, Alexa integration stops. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it’s worth noting if that’s a key feature you need. Returning it wasn’t an option due to battery shipping costs in the Republic of Ireland, but honestly, I’m glad I kept it. The camera’s quality and the company’s excellent customer support more than make up for the Alexa limitation. Support was responsive, helpful, and resolved a minor setup question quickly. I’d definitely buy from this brand again—just keep the Alexa/SIM detail in mind!

Battery does not charge over 20 %. . Customer support reply because is cold . This is not acceptable can’t take camera off every few days and charge it. Is mile away from home in open fields I have Tapo cameras always almost 100% no matter the weather. Also detection is wierd . It derect someone already passed the view not when they approaching the view . It records few seconds of their back almost gone . Pointless gadget .

Prima. Geen continue opname. Neemt enkel op bij beweging. Zwart/wit nachtzicht, zwart/wit nachtzicht en bij beweging schiet de lamp aan in kleur of nacht ook in kleur zonder lamp. Op sd kaart werkt hij prima. Hij maakt hoorbaar geluid als hij aanschiet. Een klik geluid. Voor een goedkoop cameraatje doet hij het dus heel goed. Zeer tevreden.

Caméra installée il y a 3 mois. Je suis très satisfait du rapport qualité/prix. L'emballage et les matériaux semblent de bonne qualité, l'ensemble fait sérieux. Caméra facile à installer, application facile à configurer. J'ai d'ailleurs complété mon installation avec 2 nouvelles caméra, les 3 caméras étant visibles dans l'application. Caméras installées en extérieur. Bonne qualité de détection et de tracking (suivi de personne). J'ai acheté et inséré une carte Sd de 128Go (dans chaque caméra), qui permet de stocker les enregistrements (je n'ai pas utilisé l'option sauvegarde dans le cloud). Côté connexion wifi, bonne réception dans mon installation. En cas de coupure temporaire wifi, la caméra se reconnecte toute seule (nécessaire lorsqu'on est à distance, en congés par exemple). Côté application, pas mal d'options de configuration : seuil de détection, durée d'enregistrement, zone de surveillance ... Les notifications de détection (sur smartphone android dans mon cas) sont pratiques : on clique sur la notification qui lance l'application et quelques secondes après on peut visualiser photos ou vidéo de la séquence avec détection humaine : très pratique pour surveiller les entrées/sorties dans la maison. En bref très satisfait de mes achats, en espérant que la durée de vie soit au rendez-vous. A ce sujet, on peut demander une extension de garantie de 12 mois supplémentaires, grâce à une carte fournie avec la caméra.

Ich hatte jahrelang eine andere Akku - Kamera zur Überwachung meines Eingangsbereichs im Einsatz - Full HD - mit der "Adorcam" App. Leider funktionierte die dann seit dem 27.12. nicht mehr - also nach Alternativen umgesehen. Wichtig war mir das ich eine Kamera bekomme die auf SD Karte aufzeichnen kann und keine Extrakosten für irgendwelche Abos verursacht. Da wurde ich schnell fündig - der Preis war auch gerade im Angebot unter 30 Euro - perfekt. Gestern kam die Kamera an - erstmal vollgeladen und eingerichtet - das war relativ einfach und die Bildqualität ist schon deutlich besser als bei der alten. Für mich ideal war das ich die alte Halterung benutzen konnte weil das Schraubgewinde kompatibel ist. Die SD Karte musste ich im Gerät nochmal neu formatieren - dann hat alles dunktioniert. Ich kann jetzt natürlich noch keinen Langzeitbericht geben aber der erste Eindruck ist schonmal sehr positiv. Die App ist ok und die Bewegungserkennung scheint auch zu funktionieren. Mein Paketzusteller wurde heute gut erkannt und die Aufzeichnungsqualität war auch sehr gut. Also bisher volle Kaufempfehlung.
