Helps with impatience and frustration in normally efficient and active (mental or physical) people.
This was bought for a friend who found it made a big difference to her when she, who was normally very active, was suddenly unable to do things due to an injury. It calmed her down so she was able to rest properly and not try to rush around which would have caused her injury to get worse. I use it for my husband, too, when he is ill. He is the same type - always on the go! And to be on "bed rest" or be told he has to take things easy for a while, when ill, is a great cause of frustration for him. This is NOT a sedative but works on the individual personality, as do all the Bach remedies, and it has a calming effect on people who are normally active and who get impatient either with themselves for whatever reason, or with others (because the others are not perhaps doing things as well or as quickly as that person would!). I don't need it as I am not that type of person, but other remedies from the range suit me better. It is important to make a study of the whole range of Dr. Bach's remedies and find the ones which suit your personality type.

Magic in a bottle!
I was skeptical reading the reviews but thought I'd give them I go.. i was having real bad anxiety and couldn't seem to shift any bad thoughts and was worrying myself into the ground for no reason at all. Started taking these and can feel a massive change in my mood, my head just feels clear no worrying or anxiosness at all! They dont make you sleepy just clear your head. Ill be ordering every month so worth it! I got white chestnut, minimus and minimus.

Poor service
Do not order unless you want Rock Water. I have ordered Water Violet twice now and been sent Rick Water and toldi cannot return item (which was not told)Bach flower remedies are fab though just poor service
