I purchased these to help calm anxiety about forthcoming medical procedures. I actually found them very helpful (I combine the two).Pleasant enough to drink in a bottle of water. Seem to work quickly. There's no dramatic effect, I just realised that the anxiety and stress feeling had subsided. Certainly helps me.
