So whether you love or hate this likely depends on what you expect. This is NOT advertised as a "clear" ice making device. It is advertised as making 3 ice spheres of about 2" diameter, and 3 ice cubes of about 2" to a side. I've used this exactly once, as it showed up today. I don't know how durable it will be, but I have it five stars, because I'm confident that even if it doesn't last many cycles, I'll have gotten my money out of it. And frankly, it looks like it can probably make a fair bit of ice. It does NOT make clear ice. At all. Granted, I just used hot tap water, and my water has lots of minerals. I used hot water with the assumption that it would have fewer dissolved minerals. However the design of this isn't such that you should be expecting it to produce exceptionally clear ice. With approximately 5 hours in my freezer, the spheres seemed solid, and the outside two cubes were pretty solid. The center one clearly had liquid water still in the center. However they removed pretty cleanly, and I just put them in a zip lock back in the freezer, and started a second round. The spheres are impressive. The bottoms of the cubes needed better support (I had them on a light cardboard box that apparently sagged a bit) and so the bottoms came out a bit rounded. So if you want crystal clear ice, get a device that encourages unidirectional freezing, pull it out right before it complete freezing, and use double boiled, distilled water. But if you can be happy with relatively normal looking ice but in cool shapes for small dollars, this is a solid 5 star.

so nice to have big ice cubes to last a while. Having different shapes gives you options for different glass sizes. Easy to use. I've had it for 6 months and am so happy to finally have ice cubes. Quality material.

It does a good job. It's not always clear how much to fill it into the cups on top. It makes 3 balls and 3 cubes

These ice molds are great! The water where I live is not drinkable as it is too salty so I have not been able to use ice that my fridge makes. I bought these wanting to have ice for my tumblers. The ball and square are both a good size and take hours to melt when used in the tumbler with cold water. I am so excited to keep my drinks chilled when im running errands now. The built in funniest make the mold super easy to use. I just fill it directly at my water dispenser and then pop them in the freezer.

Great for all my whiskey and spirit needs! The fact that it makes both square and round cubes is the perfect multifunction option.

because its so flexible, it's hard to fill. The round ice is great, if you can get them filled. The square ones are easier to get filled, but harder to get out.

Works great

This is a great option for keeping your drinks nice and cool a bit longer. I like the option of round or square oversized ice cubes in one container. It can be a little tricky to fill evenly. I recommend putting it on a level plate or small cutting board to make filling a bit easier. Also, make sure you close the tray fully by pressing the little tabs closed.

Works as expected, easy to fill and remove. Material holds its shape and seems flexible that it'll hopefully last a long time.

The product is great and adds a nice touch to drinks. What I don't like that except for the ball size there is no real indication when to stop filling. You need to do it a few times to get it right. If you want to make fancy cocktails this is a great choice.

Easy to use, cubes and spheres pop right out and are huge! Hasn’t leaked when filling. I've used it for ice and for extra tomato sauce that I can freeze and toss into soups later on. Watching the sphere spin in a martini glass is a bonus!
