I love this! It allows me to have variety from the yoga sequences that I have in my yoga books. With the cards I can set up the asanas/poses in am order that is more comfortable or feels more natural for me. This one comes with a recommended order, if you want one, and that is helpful also. So you have 2 options. The recommended version given by the cards (they have numbers) or you can set them up in the order you prefer, or you can eliminate poses if you prefer. Great option as variety from the sequences in my yoga books.

I really love the Yoga cards. They’re easy to carry and study poses while on the move. The pictures are nice, it provides the Sanskrit for each pose, an overview, how to use and helpful tips.These cards are a great addition to add to your yoga practice, if you’re wanting to learn or a beginner.

Step by step.. so amazing. I just wish they were a little bigger. Or if it was an option for small or bigger size.These are great for traveling.

One of the best yoga decks on the market if not the best. Simple to use and the illustrations are stylish and grateful.
