I saw a video with someone using scissors like these. It was just what I needed but I had no idea that there were some available. I looked and found these. I ordered them and got them very fast. They did the job and I am VERY pleased with them.

They are very hard to cut with
These scissors are very hard to cut veggies if you have weak hands. I used them to cut green onions. They kinda smashed the white part but did ok when i cut the green part. I would not buy them again.

Fellow foodies & Chefs! You need these!
The media could not be loaded. Hello sweet beautiful scissors, where have you been all my life? No more chopping into my fingers trying to cut up parsley or basil into tiny little pieces…and yes, I’m banned from using a sharp knife after my recent attempt at making zucchini chips this week, but thankfully with these scissors you can’t stop me from continuing to make delicious food!

Great herb scissors!
I love the herb scissors so much! I snipped parsley, I snipped dill, I snipped cilantro, and had a great time while doing so! The peeler seems a little weak, but maybe it just needs to be broken in. The herb chopper is probably fine, I was trying it on a cucumber, so that doesn't count. I haven't tried the stem stripper yet, but I'm sure that'll work great for thyme, which I can then keep in a bottle.
