Said it was compatible with ASUS x97-E motherboard and DDR3 memory. Enabled in BOIS, but isn't recognized.

plugged into the Asus X99-A and works immediately, the CPU is still not supported by Win11 but that's a different (and solvable) issue. If you want to add TPM2.0 to a board this is an easy and inexpensive solution.

Plugged it into an MB that officially only supports TPM 1.2 and not on any supported board lists and it works great. Windows 11 is happy.
