As indicated handle stays not hot because made with copper?? I got burn believing ass myself, I shouldn’t expected as $17 pot…

The size of this Ramen pot is perfect! I like that it has two handles and it's just the right size for one or two Ramen Noodle packets. The pot is stainless steel so it's super easy to hand wash or even throw into the dishwasher. I haven't noticed any scratches or dings on the pot, it's very well made and super sturdy. The Ramen pot is also on the lighter side so you don't have to worry about lugging it out of the cabinet. It's a quick and easy pot to cook your Ramen or a box of Mac and cheese.

For the price i love it! Sauteed a buch of chicken in it tonight and it cooks well. Could be a bit more sturdy maybe but its the cheapest pot i could find.

Easy to clean and put away when not in use. the thin aluminum construction that allows for heat to rapidly rise, but not retain for long is the worst for cooking. Except that is, for dishes like ramen! You want a fast, hot boil and then a rapid cool down that still retains a warm broth. Why? The secret to superior ramen flavor, believe it or not, is in mastering the consistency of the noodle. You can make any soup you like in this and eat right out of the pot. Egg drop soup with Udon is really good and very easy to make. We have enjoyed using this ramen pot.

This is a very attractive pot (the brass handles make it quite special)! It’s a great size for sauces and veggies (I cook for two). It will serve as an auxiliary mixing bowl too. The stainless steel is quite sturdy. The brass handles are large – easy to grab onto. The sides and bottom come together in a nice curve rather than a right angle, which means that it will be easy to get at all the contents with a whisk. As a bonus, I found a lid among my collection that fits as if it were made to order, so I bet lots of kitchens will have a similar good fitting lid too. (That’s a 10-inch whisk and two cloves of garlic in the photo.)

I wish this had come with a lid as it doesn’t.However at the price value of $14.99, this makes a good Ramen Cooking Pot. If you use it for its intended purpose then you will like this Ramen Cooking Pot. Just be careful with the handles as they will get hot. Use a pot holder, oven mitten or something else to prevent your hands from getting burnt as with any hot metals.
