I remember trying VR at the arcades and thinking it had a long way to go. But PSVR2 is very impressive and if you have a PS5, I think you should seriously consider it. I have somewhat ruined my old way of doing laying PS5 though, as I’m not playing flat for more than 10-20% of the time and PS+ is now pretty underused. I have already built up a large backlog, but games I have really enjoyed so far are GT7, RE8, Horizon, Synapse, Demeo, Switchback, Synthriders, Pistol Whip, No Man’s Sky. There are a bunch more I am only scratching the surface on too. It means you get some exercise while playing some of these games too. The only downside is I do feel tired of playing quicker than flat, but maybe that’s a good thing too. Incredible tech. See if you can get a demo from a friend or store and see.

Very good Vr, had no issues with it so far. Easy and quick to set up just a heads up u will need to charge the controllers first :)

The bugs were fixed after a few updates and now games are the most immersive on any VR headset, the power provided by the ps5 is unreal, although it was rumoured to be wireless, the 1 only long cable is not too distracting at all, pricey but worth it, just need more 5* games and will be worth the wait, beat saber, horizon and switchback VR are all very addictive

Since my previous review mysteriously disappeared figured I’d try again. Once the warranty expires if you need to replace a single controller then you need to replace the entire unit. Feels like this should be clear when buying

Unit itself worked well at the start, better than the old vr. But played it for 4 days, and both sticks on the controllers went. One stopped responding entirely and the other one stuck to the right permanently, so with the headset on, you spin in very fast circles, and can't play anything. There is no replacement, even though this is a known issue, so I had to return the entire set for a refund after only 4 days of use, proper pain in the....

I have waited over a year to purchase the PSVR2 to allow the software library time to grow. Instead all my PS4 VR games are now obsolete and there is a charge for the 3/4 games that did recieve a PS5 VR upgrade.

Ich nutze die PlayStation VR2 jetzt seit dem Kauf intensiv und habe inzwischen insgesamt ca. 24 Stunden Spielzeit damit verbracht – genug Zeit also, um mir ein sehr klares Bild zu machen. Kurzfassung: Ich bin begeistert. Ich habe alle VR-Spiele aus dem PlayStation Plus Premium Angebot getestet und dabei besonders viel Zeit im Star-Wars-VR-Titel verbracht. Die Immersion ist einfach unglaublich – Grafik, Sound und das Gefühl, wirklich mittendrin zu sein, sind auf einem Level, das ich so bisher nicht erlebt habe. Zusätzlich habe ich mir noch „Song in the Smoke: Rekindled“, die Ladestation für die beiden VR-Controller sowie den PC-Adapter gekauft (letzteren habe ich aktuell noch nicht getestet). Allein auf der PS5 ist das Erlebnis aber schon absolut überzeugend. Getestet habe ich die VR2 sowohl mit den integrierten In-Ear-Kopfhörern als auch mit dem Sony Pulse 3D Headset (Modell 2022 mit den alten Bügeln). Wichtig zu wissen: Dieses ältere Pulse-3D-Headset passt perfekt zusammen mit der VR-Brille auf den Kopf, ohne zu drücken oder zu verrutschen. Mit dem Headset ist der Sound natürlich nochmal deutlich besser und räumlicher. Sehr positiv: Die In-Ears der VR2 sind abnehmbar, man ist also nicht gezwungen, sie zu nutzen – top gelöst von Sony. Was das Spielen selbst angeht: Ich habe mehr als die empfohlene Mindestfläche von 2×2 Metern zur Verfügung, konkret etwa das Doppelte. Das macht einen riesigen Unterschied – Bewegungen fühlen sich freier an und das Sicherheitsgefühl ist deutlich höher. Besonders beeindruckt bin ich von den technischen Möglichkeiten der PS VR2: Die Durchsicht-/Passthrough-Funktion ist extrem praktisch – man kann jederzeit seine Umgebung sehen, ohne die Brille abnehmen zu müssen, z. B. um kurz etwas zu greifen oder sich zu orientieren. Auch die Kabel-Lösung überzeugt: nur ein einzelnes, angenehm langes USB-C-Kabel zur PS5, kein Kabelsalat, kein Gefummel. Ein weiteres Highlight sind die VR2 Sense Controller: Die Touch-Empfindlichkeit der Tasten erkennt Fingerbewegungen, selbst wenn man Tasten nur berührt. Dadurch werden Hand- und Fingerbewegungen im Spiel sehr realistisch simuliert und die Immersion steigt nochmal deutlich. Fazit: Die PS VR2 ist für mich aktuell das beste VR-Erlebnis auf Konsole. Hochwertige Technik, starke Spiele, durchdachte Features und beeindruckende Immersion. Nach über 24 Stunden Spielzeit kann ich ganz klar sagen: 5 Sterne, klare Kaufempfehlung.

This is the best VR experience I've ever had. The immersion is incredible with the Sense controllers and much better visibility and refresh rate. The force feedback in the helmet also adds some extra juice but the best part is how easy it is to use. Definitely get yourself games like Resident Evil 4, Hitman: World of Assassination and best of all Gran Turismo 7. Especially the latter adss such more value that the PSVR2 will become unmissable for playing this game.

Bene, sulle qualità tecniche del VR, non avevo dubbi. La cosa che mi ha lasciato letteralmente stupito è stato l'articolo, venduto come: seconda mano "con lievi difetti"... e mancanza di qualche cavo. L'unico lieve difetto che ho trovato, è stato (come si evince dalla foto), un leggerissimo strappo sulla confezione originale, per il resto tutto perfetto. Non manca nulla e il visore funziona perfettamente! Grazie Amazon, le 400€ spese super bene degli ultimi tempi!
