What's not to like I love him
I really like how easy these are to use and the easy sealing. Keeps stuff fresh as expected. I've organized my fridge a little differently.Because I cannot see what's in the green bag. You'll get over that, not that big a problem. I suggest you buy them.

after living in Europe...
I am more conscious about recycling and limiting the use of plastic... these work well for me and better also for the earth

Great product!
I've been using these compostable sandwich bags for about a year now and I'm really happy with them. The quality is great—they hold up well without tearing or getting flimsy—and it's such a bonus knowing they're eco-friendly. I love that I can just toss them in the compost when I'm done. It feels good to make a small change that actually makes a difference. Highly recommend!

Functional but not always compostable
good quality for all-purpose use. The City compost program doesn't take these bags specifically, but because they will eventually decompose in the general trash, I use these on everyday small refrigerated items instead of regular "sandwich bag" types. If you cut off the top, you can put very small amounts of food in the bags and into the compost but it isn't so easy to hand tie the tops closed after cutting off the locking but noncomostable tops (note, you shouldn't use regular metal ties in compost programs) Makes me feel better throwing these away instead of regular plastic bags, but maybe I'm kidding myself though

Non toxic
Great bags. Good for you and the environment. A win, win. They are also non toxic. They are not plastic. Compostable as well.

Glad they're environmentally friendly!
I love that these are compostable/biodegradable. They seal well, so far. Will update if that changes.

Awesome bags
Getting ready for the Plastics Treaty coming in - 2025 - I think? I know we are phasing out the plastics and glad to do my part ahead of time. These are great bags, given they aren't plastic. Zip works well. I re-use. Wash them gently and can usually get a couple or more uses out of them before they begin to wear. It feels so great to put something like this in the garbage! Because they are a bit pricey - I only get them on sale. We have more glassware for food storage now and I am finding I don't have to use these bags all that much like I used to. And, there are fun, washable cloth baggies with velcro (velcro is plastic type - nylon material - I know - but less is better as we all transition) type bags now for kids lunches and snacks which we also use. But when we DO need the ziplock types - these work great!
