Worked great once we got the batteries added in. Took a while to find the inside pocket that held the battery case.

My Grandson was caught riding his Motorized dirt bike with the costume. It's still in one piece.

One of the prongs was broken when I went to put in batteries on Halloween night so we couldn’t use it. Will see about replacing the pack as the costume held up well the first time it was used.

We did not keep, subbed for a soft onesie look instead and stuffed the belly. This was itchy and oddly quite tight around her head and she did not like it. We never got to inflating it as it was a quick and hard no.She was a brand new 11yo at the time of purchase, approx 5’ tall.

Perfect fit for my 7yo who is about 48 inches. He looked adorable and got a lot of compliments throughout the night. Remember to take extra batteries bc the internal fan takes a lot of juice. We had to change it twice during about 70 mins of trick or treating, so 12 AA batteries total.

First, we thought this was too small to fit over my daughters head, just like some of the other reviews. We read the directions over again and it still wasn’t fitting. Finally we just tried putting it on different ways, until we figured it out! Put the headpiece on first. The key is to hold the penguin head up, so penguin face is away from you, pull the elastic towards you, and then pull the elastic over your head. You can then step into the costume and start inflating.

A lot of reviews stated that they couldn't get it over the kids head or that it didn't go on right. It did take a couple tries and then reading the instructions but it worked great. My son is 12 and it fit him. He is a small 12 year old though. About 4'8" and 80 lbs. Any bigger and it would not have fit. The key to the head piece is to push it down over the head to the neck and then inflate it and pull the head portion on like a hoodie. It is tight for a second but then once it gets to the right spot it losses back up. He loves it

This is the best costume ever! We got it for our son who lives penguins and we all thought it was hilarious. He received tons of compliments and we loved that it was unique and unlike any other costumes out on Halloween night.
