The skirt is a little long on me (I'm 5'6") and I purchased a medium and wear a 10 in women's clothing and a 9-11 in junior clothing. Usually a medium top 38b-32c. I LOVE this costume

Wore this for a costume party- it was so cute and got a ton of compliments! Somehow very comfy too- everything is stretchy. The only thing is the headband is too narrow, need to be a little wider to sit better
