The label does not explicitly call out “Calabrian” peppers, just “hot” peppers- so it’s not really Calabrian?

The label just says Red Hot Chili Peppers for the ingredients.

Does this need to be refrigerated?

I believe that it should be refrigerated after it is open. it should be on the label somewhere. hope this helps

How long is this good for in the fridge? if not long is it okay to freeze it?

I've had mine in the fridge for a few months. I'll keep it there and watch for signs of it going bad like a change in smell, color, taste, or seeing mold growing. I'm sure you can freeze it for a very long time.

Another person asked about what pepper is used. The Amazon description says calabrian, but the label does not. Are the peppers calabrian, or not?

Calabria is a region, not really a type of pepper. These appear to be hot chilis from Calabria. There is a photo included that shows the side label where they do say these are Calabrian chilis.
