These pillowcases are 100% Mulberry Silk and come with a care note from the merchant with a swatch of the fabric allowing for a “burn test” to showcase the authenticity of the material. Seeing that immediately upon opening the package was impressive - as was the intensity of the softness and sheen of the pillowcases. They work to maintain the moisture in my fine, straight hair and I no longer wake up with frazzled, furrowed cowlicks in the morning. Typically with this material you’re advised to hand wash which I tried twice with a gentle, dye-free dish soap in cold water after getting red “wine lip” stains on it with mediocre results to show for. Eventually the pure white of the pillowcases began to dull which prompted me to dare to machine wash them on a delicate setting. Instead of using bleach I used white vinegar and after line-drying them I was extremely impressed that the pillowcases held up without a single thread undone or any shrinkage to note. These are wonderful and look so handsome on a made bed with complimentary bedding. I gifted a set in a different color to my sister as a housewarming gift and she was over the moon. I recommend this purchase

I am a warm person and when I get warm I’ll start to sweat and have trouble sleeping. I bought these because my hair was getting drier and I didn’t want to keep wearing a bonnet. The fabric is nice and smooth, and I was afraid at first of how the material will make me feel at night. I slept perfectly normal, and I honestly I forgot that I had switched out my cotton pillowcases for these ones. They don’t make you feel warm and my hair doesn’t get as frizzy in the morning as before. I also really enjoyed that they cases have zippers, because I was afraid of the cases slipping off of my pillows.

The color is exactly as shown, I picked tan/beige color in case I ever slept in my makeup. I layered them over pillow protectors and they are still comfortable. I don’t remember if they smelled out the pack (I washed before using them) . I’ve washed them a few times and the material held up well, the sewing is strong and stable and it’s super easy to put on the pillow. It’s great for my natural kinky hair and not harsh on my skin. The ONLY thing I can think to improve it is for the zipper pull to have a cover tab once it’s zipped closed as sometimes I feel it poking the side of my shoulder, neck, or upper back depending on how wild I’m sleeping.

A must have for someone that doesn't want to wrap there hair. The pillow case is so soft and very cool. Very healthy on the skin and hair. The price is also a good value for silk. Will definitively buy more. I have two granddaughters that I will purchase for their beds.Compared to the Blissy I don't see any difference! I was given the Blissy pillow case as a gift, but left it in the hotel and when I got home I couldn't sleep without it, but when I went online to purchase the Blissy pillow case it was too expensive for me at the time so I looked for the Mulberry Silk and discovered these. What a great purchase!

The quality of the pillowcase fabric and the meticulous construction are as good as the advertising! Especially appreciate how well the zipper is incorporated into the case so as to be virtually invisible. These cases have been on my bed pillows in continuous use for over 5 months now. They have stood up well with repeated handwashing, drying partially with a towel and then air drying. The color and texture of the fabric remains beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for silk pillowcases. The only reason I have not given a 5-star overall rating is the hassle of hand washing silk - the price paid for having such luxury!

I’m loving this pillow it’s soft and smooth. I’ve struggle finding a scarf or bonnet that is friendly to my edges and comfortable to sleep in, and also my husband was thinning and shedding in the back of his head there was hair all over our old pillow cases. I ordered these new silk pillowcases and I have noticed fine hair in my edges growing in and my husband thinning spot has filled in like it was never there.

I switched my husband and I to silk pillow cases after suffering hair breakage shortly after Covid quarantine started. I lost almost two FEET of hair length after contracting a mild case of Covid in March 2020. I had no idea why I had all this breakage but knew that silk would help with any further issues. These are the 3rd set and seem superior to any of the others. I have a suspicion that at least one set wasn't really all silk. But, we have been very happy since receiving this brand, you never get the red lines on your face from folds, like cotton can cause. We feel much cooler using silk and "bed hair" is lessened for hubby. I haven't experienced as much tangling of my now much shorter hair and have learned that covid was almost certainly the cause of my significant loss of length. (Who knew?) My hair is still well past my shoulders and is slowly growing back. I will say that our faces tend to be much less dry than when cotton sheets are used and we noticed that very distinctly when staying at a hotel. Now, the pillowcase travel with us.

I like it but not love it. Pretty but didn't really keep my hair smooth and prevent freezing.

Worst buy!Product came without any packaging hence not able to tell if they are new or used. No concealed zip as shown in the photos. Not even sure whether product is 100% silk as it feels like satin
