Good Starter Paints
First time painter here:I recently bought the Airbrush Paint Set with 20 colours from Amazon, and it has exceeded my expectations, especially for my fishing lure painting projects.Firstly, the colour variety in this set is impressive. It includes a wide range of vibrant and eye-catching colours that are perfect for creating lifelike and attractive designs on fishing lures.I found that it adheres well to various lure materials, ensuring that my designs stay vivid.I was able to mix the colours as wished for new custom shades. This flexibility allowed me to fine-tune my colour palette and achieve the precise hues I envisioned for my lures. One downside of these glitter colours is that they were watered down, which didn't work well with my airbrush. As a result, I had to mix the glitter paint with white paint for better spray results.

Only good for one project
New to airbrushing. Bought this set due to the range of colours, the pink and rose especially were the perfect shades for some 3D printed figurines I made.I haven't tested all the colours yet but outside of the black all the colours I have used are so WATERED DOWN and translucent. You will likely run out of the pigment if you plan to use it for multiple objects, with the amount of layers you need to do for it to be fully opaque. Plus you can very easily spray too much and I easily left watery streaks or had too much leaking into crevices. I was in such panic about how bad and splotchy they looked and thinking I would have to throw away these ruined figurines so unfortunately didn't take any photos.I ended up having to mix my own colours from some other airbrush paint we had lying around and yeah these others ones only needed about two layers to be fully opaque and even looking.I would definitely splurge a little more money on SPECIFIC colours you need for a project as opposed to all these colours as tempting as it is to have variety. Even with a good primed layer these paints struggled to stick on for me. These will only really be useful if mixed in with some more thick paint like a white to make some soft pastel colours, other then that I don't plan to use them on their own ever again.

A bit tricky to work with
My partner loves building models so was really excited when I presented him with this set of 20 air brush paints in colours ranging from basic to metallic and even a couple of fluorescents. Unfortunately he did find them a bit less impressive in use. The consistency was not really suitable to use straight from the bottle as claimed, and they also promptly clogged up his airbrush. He tells me that he will still be able to use them, and he likes the range of colours, but for the purposes of review he felt that I should make it clear that he thought these would be very frustrating to use if you were new to airbrushing. As an experienced painter, he found them considerably more fiddly to use than he expected. They do look good once on and, as I’ve mentioned, the colours and variety included here are great, just not the easiest to work with. This set of 20 x 20ml bottles is currently priced at £19.99 so about a pound each, which is good value for paints.
