I got this originally for a heat pack, and I found it a little tough to get a good even heat using the microwave per the instructions. But as a cold pack, this rocks! I had it handy and ready to go when I strained a muscle, and it was super easy to keep re-cooling it by popping back in the freezer between applications to the strain. Great first aid tool to have on hand!

I was excited to use these as hot and cold packs they work great for cold do not work well for hot. if your looking for a simple ice pack then it’s a good buy

Two is better than 1

There is hardly enough time to get this on a wrist or hand. There isn’t enough space out of these dimensions that truly is going to help a sore areato “write home about” what a waste.
