The device is functional. The price is indeed quite high for such simple tool, but it's extremely difficult to find, so I'm very happy with this purchase.It takes time to learn how to use it properly, and one should keep that in mind. Do not use moisturizer at least several hours before use, otherwise it would get "fried" instead of the follicle, and might even leave a scar.Read the instructions carefully before use and follow them strictly. Start with the lowest setting, do not make more than two attempts per session, and be very patient.If you first pluck the unwanted hairs and then treat them with Clean + Easy as soon as they grow again, you'll be sure they're in the appropriate phase.Do not forget to sanitize your skin as well as the device, before and after use.

This time not very good, they bent so easily and were ruined after two uses. I am very careful with them and have used others that did not seem quite so flimsy. Two uses for £9.99 isn't great but it could be that they were just a bad batch. I hope so as I will need to buy them in the future.

Do not buy it.
I bought one and it did not work at all. Returned it and bought another one hoping it would work. It worked, but did not do the job properly. The switch worked only on level 10, and it was leaving bad burns.
