Works great as a threshold with a seal on the bottom of the door.

We got this for use with our backdoor into the garage because there is about a 1" drop from the door threshold to the garage floor and we have to wheel stuff in and out through the door and it was always a pain to have to stop and lift the wheel up or being care to slowly drop them. This easily fits the width of the threshold and now allows us to easily roll things up and down through the door with no problems. Have not had any issues with it flexing or bending and works well. My only negative thing is that it should have something to allow it to attach more snugly, maybe a rubber strip or something. This is because it can move easily and then rattles when you go over it unless you press it back firmly against the angle. Not a deal killer, I just pushed a door mat against it to keep it in place. Overall I recommend it, does what it says it will do with no hassles so far.
