Sort of works to keep mouth closed and reduce snoring when in place, however I have mid length hair & found that It slipped out of place very easily as the hair it’s resting on simply moves …! Might work better on a bald/balding head or someone with very short hair. Other negatives are that it smells petty bad - sort of chemically rubber and the fabric is slightly abrasive so hurts my chin - might not be a problem for someone with say stubble or a beard …for me I gave up after 2 nights! Not worth the various discomfort/problems/hassle.

These really have been fab. Definitely worked for me.

Uncomfortable to wear

I didn't buy these to prevent snoring (just as well as they do nothing to stop that) but to help keep my mouth shut so I don't get a dry mouth through mouth breathing in the night.Seem to help...

I tried this for 3 nights with absolutely NO difference to my snoring.It didn't keep my bottom jaw up and just made my head sweat under the strap.Less use than a chocolate fireguard.

It works but it is not that comfortable and I am not sure if I will be able to cope with it in the summer but certainly worth a try.

Very good quality and worth the £

I think the idea behind them is fairly good although the reality is way different. Good if you talk in your sleep because you won't anymore, and if breathing is something you enjoy doing this won't help much. Great if you have a few chins you want hiding though, not that I do....
