Literally the most useless thing I have ever bought. Item delivered in a very damaged box and the product had dust all over it. Then when I went to use it there is no proper charging cable just a USB lead which is not sufficient at all really especially as on the 'instructions' it states it needs 6 hours to fully charge.... once turned on with power the item makes the most irritating and unnecessary noise, also the button in the middle that is needed to connect bluetooth and stop/play the music was broken and couldn't be pushed down... such a stupid waste of money and clearly the seller thinks it's okay to send out damaged, dirty boxes and faulty products. Sellers like this are what gives Amazon a bad name

I bought two of these for my daughter and son at Christmas neither will charge how can I return them
