If they had sent the Signature Black I know I would have enjoyed it as I have ordered it is the past. What I have received is Madagascar Vanilla. Not what I ordered. So I ordered again and still received Madagascar Vanilla. I called customer service and they issued a refund and elevated the issue that the wrong product had been shipped. Great customer service!So back to the product. It tastes great and is easy to use/make. It comes in a size that is easy to store.

Makes a delicious cold brew. Not overly sweet and strong enough to get me through a night shift. My coworkers liked it too.

The only reason I took back 1 star is the slight learning curve to creating your ideal cup of coffee. The suggested water to concentrate ratio isn’t bad but you may want to adjust based on your preferences. It has the nice Starbucks flavor and smoothness and I find the coffees strength to be good for me. Im able to use my own syrup with this to make my iced coffee at home which ultimately saves me money, so I’m very satisfied

After spending $5 a day on venti cold brew from Starbucks, I ordered these. I am saving so much money now! They came fast and taste the same!

You can make your coffee as strong or as mild as you want. Nice flavor.

The coffee taste is OK, but it takes a lot of coffee for a cup of water. Seems like it’s watered down.

I am a huge fan of the oat milk brown sugar espresso at Starbucks, but I just can’t buy it everyday. I can make an no sugar added oat milk (50 calories) brown sugar cinnamon cold brew (60 calories) (2 Splenda added) latte that is 80 calories less than my venti oat milk brown sugar shaken espresso and tastes almost as excellent as its in-store original! And it’s very easy to make, the instructions are right on the bottle, and it comes out perfect every time.
