Which size will fit in a standard car cup holder?

The 12 and 24 oz hydro flask fit in the standard car size cup holders. Excluding the smallest cup holders in some vehicles. The 32-40oz does not fit in standard vehicle cup holders and would require a cup holder adapter.

Is the 32 oz wider than the 40 oz? It seems like it in the picture, but not in the details

32 and 40 oz should both be the same size mouth the only difference is the 40 oz is about 33% taller than the 32
