If you are looking for a fairly thick faux leather material that can easily be cut with a Cricut Explore machine, look no further! I made several bows with this material (displayed in the silver and black layers of the bow pictured), and it cuts seamlessly with a deep cut blade on a StrongGrip mat (using “genuine leather” setting). The material is high quality compared to others I’ve tried that will cut without issue. It is a smooth leather-like look, so if you’re looking for something with a pebbled look, this isn’t it. But I personally love the smooth look for most of my bows. This material is also inexpensive, so that is a great factor as well. I just cannot say enough nice things about this material!

This faux leather is very soft so I was afraid my Cricut Explore Air 2 wouldn't cut well. But it worked perfectly putting the material face down on a strong grip mat and anchored with extra painters tape. I used the "faux leather paper thin" setting on my Cricut and chose "more" pressure. Even the very detailed earrings cut beautifully! And the material is thick enough you don't need to back it with anything. I will definitely be buying this brand again!
