Mirafit Power Ab Roller and Knee Pad - Improve Core Strength

Does what it says. Lightweight, but sturdy, haven't tried the knee pad yet as I'm using this at my gym. Gives more flexibility than say a barbell/EZbar, as you can move left/right with this. Not unlike other brands I'm sure, I just like the Mirafit branding :) Keep this in your gym bag and leave the crunches alone!
