This item is very good and infuses the water well with the tea I place inside. My only problem with it is that when the infuser is in, and I try and pour the tea out, it leaks down the front side regardless of the angle I have. I actually spoke with their customer service about this, and showed them a video of the problem, and they gave me a refund without me even asking. Their customer service is awesome! They mentioned that the infuser might not be sitting properly so that would cause the issue. Though it is inconvenient, it isn't a deal breaker, and the item is still very much usable, so I am definitely keeping it. A nice improvement would be to somehow take the infuser out, but still keep the lid on and heat in.

This little teapot is perfect for one or two cups. The diffuser does not allow loose tea to get into the liquid, which is a big issue with me. The only reason I gave four, instead of five, stars is the spout. I does tend to drip when you are pouring tea. Just be mindful that the diffuser is pressed all the way into its slot. Other than that, I would recommend this product.

Its super easy to clean. The only issue is when you pour the tea out it spills down the teapot.

Pour spout is not very effective, and is slightly off center.

Very nice design., it looks exactly as in the picture.The metal parts are fine but they could be a tiny bit better quality.It is small but perfect for a few cups of tea.Arrived on time and had no problem with delivery.

I honestly love this tea set the cups are durable which is good for when the younger tea drinkers of the house use it and the pot is perfect for steeping I couldn’t ask for more especially for the price

Su tamaño es cómodo pero tiende a derramar liquido al servir té, por la boquilla corta. El filtro es muy fino y evita que se cuele nada de hoja de té.A la semana de tenerlo se DESPEGÓ el asa! Demasiado frágil para uso diario. No lo volvería a comprar y no me vale la pena reclamar el dinero, con todo el trámite que conlleva.

Très jolie petite théière ! Attention à la contenance, l'équivalent de 3 mugs bien remplis. Donc parfait si comme moi vous vous faites une petite théière le matin et une l'après midi, moins si vous invitez la famille.
