I was pleasantly surprised how well this microphone performed at a wedding. So for this reason i will break my review down to 3 things: how it worked compared to other wired mics, battery life, and who is it for.1. How it compares: It sounds just as good as my Sennheiser e 835 and actually provided less feedback than that mic. I was pleasantly surprised that at times you could have the mic pretty close to the speakers and with minimal to no feedback. The venue was for about 150 people and it covered the whole dance floor without cutting out which was about 60 - 100 ft in distance. I had read some reviews that it can have interference or drop outs but i did not experience any. However this may change in other venues where there may be more interference.2. Battery Life: As for the battery life, the receiver did well with a 4 -5 hour event. Keep in mind that I forgot to charge it as I did not charge it out of the box. I had only used it 2 short occasions before to test it out. I had some cheap Kirkland batteries from Costco on the mic itself which they still worked great. I would recommend that you don't cheap out on the AA batteries for the microphone and get some good ones.3. Who is this for?: I would highly recommend this mainly for karaoke where reliability is not important. I would also recommend it for the small DJ who already has a wired mic and is looking for a cheap wireless upgrade. I would even recommend for the small band or duo that has all their gear on stage with them. However, I would not recommend this for large bands and the well established dj's with bigger equipment (you can probably afford something better).With any wireless system I would still recommend to always have a wired backup. Keep also in mind that other reviews mention durability being a issue. I have only had this for a short period of time, but the item still looks and feels solid to me. Due to sound quality, I am looking to making an upgrade to another Tonor wireless system that has a bigger receiver some day.

These can be plugged directly into an amp and create great sound. Material is durable yet lightweight. Pop filter is cheap quality but a nice addition.Only issue is that these mics do NOT clip into your standard mic stand. They are quite a lot wider. They are best suited for being held and passed around.

I charged the base and placed new batteries in the microphones when I first received them. I tested the microphones to make sure it worked and then stored them away. About 15 or so days I wanted to live stream and noticed the mics said low battery. I found that strange but I thought maybe I didn’t turn them off after testing them originally so I replaced batteries and recharged the base and made SURE I turned everything off! Well fast forward a month later I get them out again to find the microphones and base are dead AGAIN! Ugh This is super frustrating but now I have to find a new microphone set and wasted money!!!!****** Update 10/15/24******Great customer service!!! Seller reached out to me and resolved my issue immediately! Will definitely continue to support this seller!!!

These microphones are fantastic. I just used them for a Christmas concert my ukulele group performed. Members of the audience said we sounded very clear, not distorted. There was no sound of the wind. Just the singers voices coming through. Well worth the price. Actually, the price is very reasonable. Well worth the cost. Lot of value for the money. I would highly recommend these microphones.

It didn't work at all. I connected it with 100% battery, but when I turned it on it would discharge and it wouldn't work at all. After trying to get it to work for a while, the police came and gave me a fine of $650 because apparently it's on an illegal frequency or something like that.

They have worked well for me so far. They are bigger than your average. I do events and walk and talk the entire time, they have held up so far. The regular mic holder are not going to be big enough. As nice as they are they could have come in a better case. The shipping box is the case.

Our arts organization for adults with developmental differences had a giant Bluetooth speaker, but only had one corded microphone, and we had a big open house performance planned. I purchased these in hopes they would make everyone’s lives easier, and to be current and professional. My coworker and I expected to encounter frustration and perspiration as we attempted to connect these mics. But, within 5 seconds we had a successful amplified, “Hello? Hello? Oh wow! That was it?!” Our performance was hugely improved. They were used for 2 MCs, a karaoke song, and a staged radio play—they worked seamlessly. I was also really glad I purchased 2 mics and not just one. Well worth the investment for us!
