This is a great product that helped me quickly move pictures and video from my iPhone with a minimal amount of effort. But what was the most impressive was the amount of storage space for such a low price. My only wish would be for the software to give the option to delete what's already been copied onto the drive. With 100's of pictures and videos, it's hard to tell if something wasn't transferred over before deleting from the phone.

I have an older iPhone that I use for work to take pictures. Because the phone is older, the updated software on my work computer doesn’t seem to be compatible when moving pictures anymore. The media could not be loaded. It’s pretty easy to use. I plugged it in my phone and I had to install the app and then I just added all the photos I wanted to copy into the usb. I’ll be able to save space in my phone as well as save memories into the usb.

I'm not a fan of using 'the cloud' (and paying for extra memory), and this drive is PERFECT, not only for storing photos (especially when travelling and filling memory up) but especially for video files which chew phone memory up in a heartbeat. It's as close to 'plug and go' as you can get - you plug it into the phone, the app pops up for you to load in, and it's super easy to navigate. I've already used it for large photo and video 'dumbs', and loading everything into my computer - works perfectly!

Shipping:This for whatever reason took 16 days from the time I placed my order to get to my house. It kept changing to “will be delivered today” or to another date. Which I was needing this as I was turning in an old phone as a trade in and I wanted to back up my photos to be safe. Unhappy with the shipping time.Photos:VERY easy to use. It suggests doing in batches as to not overwork the drive. I went to internal photos> select > copy to USB. I did about 150 photos at a time and each upload took maybe 30 seconds.Videos:DID NOT WORK. After saving my 250ish videos in “batches” of 15, thank goodness I checked by plugging it into my computer as none of the videos were opening. None. It said something along the lines of “this video format is not accepted” on each of the files. I believe iPhone videos are saved as “.MOV” sooo bummer. Glad I checked though as I instead backed up each video to my Facebook in a private album. I’ll then move them to a folder later on my computer or cloud.Overall: I wish it got here sooner, it worked great for my almost 2,000 photos so far, and careful with videos as this feature did not work for me.

I bought this device to backup photos on my iPhones as it usually is a painstaking process. This made it super easy. Setup took minutes and I was backing up my first phone within 5 mins. If you have a 500 GB of photos like me, this will take a long time, but that is expected. Just make sure you turn off the auto lock feature so it doesn’t get interrupted. Overall, this is works great!

Great item. You can save abundance of photos and videos you captured on your iPhone. I liked it.
