I’ve been using the POWER GUIDANCE Ankle Strap for Cable Machine for several workouts now, and overall I’m really happy with it. What I like: • Comfortable fit — The padding around the ankle is thick and doesn’t dig into my skin even during high-rep leg exercises. • Strong build — The strap feels tough and the stitching looks well done. I haven’t had any issues with it slipping or fraying yet. • Easy to use — It clips onto cable machine carabiners quickly and stays secure during leg lifts, kickbacks, and glute work. • Adjustable — It fits around my ankle snugly, and it’s easy to tighten or loosen depending on the exercise. A couple small things: • At first it felt a little bulky compared to some slimmer straps I’ve used, but I got used to it quickly. • The metal clip could be a bit easier to swivel, but it still works fine. For the price, this is a great ankle strap for anyone who does cable leg/hip/glute work and wants something comfortable and durable. I’d recommend it!

I love these straps! They’re easy to put on and adjust to fit your ankles. They’re comfortable and great quality Velcro which holds up well for different movements. They’re inexpensive too!

This works exactly how it should. The strap that goes underneath you foot works well for doing kickback exercises even though you may not need it. The padding is comfortable and doesn't dig into your ankle. The metal rings are strong and can use either one or both at same time. I found that using a single ring works a little better for maneuvering around your ankle. When I don't need to use the strap on bottom I flip brace upside down with foot strap on top to be able to do other exercises. The only reason I plan on buying another one is so my wife can have one of her own.

The main parts of this ankle strap are well built - strong stitching, thick metal D loops. But the additional "boot" strap part has turned out to be more trouble than it's worth - I can't get it tight enough without it going loose, and it's just one more adjustment every time you use it or switch legs. Plus, it's largely unnecessary. I do multiple variations of kickbacks, and the main strap stays put without that extra tether under my foot.

This is a must to use when doing glutes. I love them. I love the extra strap that goes under your foot. Keep my feet and legs more stable as I do my cable kick back for my top shelf. It feels more secure where it doesn't slide up.

Been using it for a couple of months now. Works great for me considering i have forceusa G6 and it made my life easy and saved me from buying second machine just for legs workouts.

Finalmente delle cavigliere che posso usare per kickback e varianti perché consentono di spingere con la pianta del piede tenendo la linea di forza perfettamente allinenata da inizio a fine ROM. Il fatto chia siano regolabili sia alla caviglia che attorno alla scarpa è un plus, unica incognita è se la fibbia in plastica reggerà alle sollecitazioni... ma per ora sopporta quasi tutto il pacco pesi! Le ho usate anche come polsiere per le alzate laterali e altri movimenti, sicuramente si può fare ma non sono comodissime quindi consiglio di prenderne altre adatte al movimento, magari sempre della stessa marca. Per ora sono soddisfatta, 25€ non sono pochi ma se mi permettono di fare alla perfezione l'esercizio e durano nel tempo li reputo ben spesi.
