Easy to install. I like that it dosnt send your data to the cloud. I installed it in my car, the wires hid nicely, took my about 30 min to install both cameras!

They offered me a new product because my old one had problems.I think customer service might not have responded because of the thanks giving holidays. I couldn't update my review earlier because I was traveling. The new product works great, just like it should! I'm really happy with both the product and the customer service I received from the seller.----------- old review -------This company is absolute garbage when it comes to backing up their own product! I sent them an email about my camera not turning on, and what do they do? They send me some useless troubleshooting tips. I followed those steps, but no luck. I used my phone cable, and magically, the camera started working.So, I sent them back, telling them their USB-C cable is trash and I need a replacement ASAP. Its a big cable which I dont want to purchase. It's been a week now, and not a single email from the support team. I wouldn't trust them now. I am returning this product to amazon.

It's complicated to set up. Had me in years I was upset by the end of it. The very beginning is super easy, it's the app set up part that's infuriating. You have to turn off your data and connect to the lingdu Wi-Fi then after that it's still not super clear on everything but we shall see. I wouldn't really recommend this.

I'm not sure why this manufacturer bothers making this dashcam product when I know they know they're marketing and selling an unreliable and inferior product. I purchased two of these cams. Within just a four-month period they both stopped working. I spent considerable time troubleshooting the dashcam product but to no avail. It's unfortunate we have retailers that obviously don't care whether they put out products that are good value to their customers while ensuring the product operates as they advertise. Very unfortunate indeed.

Gracias a esta cámara pude demostrar que no era culpable en un accidente . Tiene un lente perfecto lo mismo de día que de noche y la recomiendo 100 por ciento .
