The cats LOVE IT!!!!
My cats love this bed, it's super soft and durable and it looks great. Best thing is it's easy to clean.

Over-priced!
Go to Target or Walmart and grab a low-sized basket and crumple up a soft towel in it. Done. The pillow that came with this was waaaaay to puffy for any cat to like, and the weave on the basket is not stellar quality. Round is nice, but kitty is fine with square. I tossed out the pillow or I'd probably send it back.

Kiki Loves it!
She got in it right away once we put it on a bench or at the foot of our bed. She ignored it when it was on the floor. Now at bedtime, she jumps right in, makes herself comfy and goes to sleep. She loved is so much, I got another one for my office, she loves that one too.

Needs to be better protected during shipping.
It is a terrific bed, but was crushed and broken when it arrived today. It was shrink wrapped but still one side was crushed.
