Good. Yes it's expensive but it's by far the best option out there for the flavor. I have tried them all.This is the best yuzu juice by far. It's strong and you don't need to use much so if you're careful with it, it can go a long way.I just wish they had a smaller pour spout so you don't accidentally pour too much out.

Delicious - my favorite yuzu juice when we aren’t able to get the actual fruit. Wonderful in gin and tonics as well as ceviche. A little pricey for the size, but worth the money.

This is the best Yuzu juice for cooking and drinks. The bottles stuff in the Asian market doesn’t come close. It is pricy but strong so you need very little and it lasts a while. I mix this with ginger beer for a refreshing summer drink, add it to crème fraiche and dill for a great salmon sauce, or to flavor panna cotta. This is on my rotation!

This is one of staple ingredients for drink making. I really appreciate the consistent quality. Just a few ml can flavor a whole glass. My favorite right now is 2.5ml in 350ml of milk, sweetened to taste.

Delicious and I felt it made a difference in my recipe, but the family could not tell the difference. I enjoyed the product and it was as described in the description, but it is pricey and since my family could not tell the taste difference between other more economical items, I might not be a frequent shopper. I liked that it came in a glass bottle and the shipping was perfect, it arrived bubble wrapped.

Great for a wide range of uses. My wife adds a tiny bit to her Yeti water bottle and loves this far more than any flavor powder. We add it to a little soy sauce when ordering in sushi. This is the best yuzo juice we have found in the USA.
