Nordic Ware Procast Mini Loaf

I first bought the USA Pans mini multi-loaf pan because I am a diehard fan of their products (luv em!). But, I didn’t like the low height of the pan and the resulting flat, elongated bar-like loaves it produced. More like financiers, which was/is not my preference.In comparison, this pan has the same nonstick ability (at least so far, after 2 uses) and great, even heat conductivity but, the mini loaves are a much preferred tall height and plump shape. I even got that much-aimed for split down the well-risen tops like mini (any) poundcakes should have. Yes, I’m being very nitpicky but, I figure if I’m paying for it, I should get what I want!All that and just a quick rinse with no sticking or attached crumbs, it’s clean.My only tiny complaint is the handles aren’t well designed/comfortable for grabbing out of the hot oven (imo) but, otherwise a stellar, heavyweight pan which I heartily recommend!

Love Nordic ware products!!! Bring back the fry pan 8”!!!! This makes perfectly large oatmeal squares for my kids lunches or days on the mountain. Doesn’t burn anything cooks evenly and it quality you can feel. Love it am buying another.

Havent used,but this is a sturdy well made pan

Cast aluminum is so superb compared to cheap folded metal Chinese disposable junk. These are seriously manufactured to last a generation or two. Results are excellent with perfectly even browning on the bottom. I’m 100% sold on this brand.

Easy to clean non-stick aluminum cast fits in microwave lazy Susan, just too heavy for my liking. Can’t seem to find ex-large muffin pans that fit. 4 or 6 muffin pan in round doesn’t exist. Silicone muffin pans bite.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. She loved it! It’s sturdy and well made. A winner for those who like to bake in little loaves.

Love it. Works great. Nordic Ware is a good brand.

Too expensive, but I still like them.
