Amazing teacher and his knowledge of the lymphatic system is ...
Amazing teacher and his knowledge of the lymphatic system is also amazing. A few things, I wish the dvd had more of a flow to it. Compared to other videos I've watched the techniques were a little easier follow. One last remark the male model could have used a facial with extractions before filming.Other than that I learned a few new things and that was what I was looking for.

A very poor DVD on Manual Lymphatic Drainage
When you first put this DVD on you have quite a run of their advertisements, if they have to do this it should be at the end in my opinion. The fact that the instructor is calling this "massage " is quite off putting to me, Manual Lymphatic Drainage is what it is. I did not learn anything from watching this DVD and feel that I wasted my money. The moves quite often can not be seen behind his hands and there is no flow.

This DVD : Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy for the Face and Neck is excellent. As a qualified holistic therapist this a very informative, detailed and easy to understand DVD. This is great for anyone who is just starting out in this therapy or as a refresher for someone that is already qualified or even for someone that is interested in the subject. The demonstration is set at a good pace so you could take notes while you're watching it. I would recommend this product to anyone.
