It’s the grooviest thing since Pong was invented for the t.v.! Easy to use and fun to do, oh yeah , your balls will be biting and stopping.

Works with work!
What the YouTube videos don’t tell you is it takes a lot of effort to get a groove sharp. Plan on one club a day, use oil, wear a glove and expect hand to cramp, at least 10 minutes per groove. Yes, per groove, so don’t think you’ll get all your wedges done in one session.

It works
Works great when I can find it. Been looking for it for a week. Gonna buy another I suppose

Sturdy build
This was good for cleaning up grooves on a second hand wedge I had. Unfortunately there are no markings on the heads to help decide which one to use. It got the job done but would of liked something indicating the different heads sizing so I could better utilize it.

Good quality tool at a good price
If you're looking for a tool to clean the grooves of your golf clubs, stop right here. You need a steel wire brush, a scrubbing sponge and a bucket of soapy water. If your clubs are older and the faces of your irons are looking worn, and you're the type of person who is comfortable using hand tools for jobs around the house, then this is the tool you're looking for. One reviewer complained that this tool didn't come with instructions. Does Home Depot include instructions when the sell a hammer or a screwdriver? If you need more instruction than is included with the text on the product description page, then you have no business using this tool, much less submitting a review on it. Other reviews of other groove sharpeners say that the sharpening head of their tool wore out after one or two uses. I can report that this tool is made of high quality steel, with edges more than sharp enough to re-work the grooves on your irons. So far, I've used it on a favorite old sand wedge and lob wedge. The tool did its' job - squaring off the edges of the grooves on both clubs, which had become worn and rounded over the years. The sharpening head shows no sign of wear. The results were just what I had hoped for - clearly better bite on the ball, giving me more backspin, creating higher lofted shots, more bite on the landing, for more control on shots to the green.

Does what it intend to
This tool is a great investment into your arsenal. Came across it in another ad, but decided to give it a try.I have 10+ years old TM Rac OS set and been playing with those almost weekly. Didn't noticed anything wrong with it until this ad. I've been cleaning those regularly and just re-gripping. But when I looked at the groves, they were worn out. I usually have a high spin swing, so didn't really noticed anything wrong with clubs. After I've used this tool, omg. Let me tell you, it is a game changer. Ball just sits with wedges. It must have for sure.

Groove sharper for Golf Club
Nice tool, but the handle is a little on the short size making the job of cleaning and sharpening a bit of a challenge.

Great Tool
This thing has my grooves so sharp! Not sure they're still legal, but I'm spinning it like crazy.

Decent investment to keep your clubs nice.
I would make sure to watch some of the instructional videos on YouTube before use as it doesn't come with instructions. However I must say it makes a difference. I started out sharpening only one club face and compared it to the others. Was worried I might have ruined my club. Absolutely not in my opinion. I've not shot that well with that club since I got it 2 years ago. I swing an old set of Titleist DTR from 1987. Some are visibly worn and I can tell now after using this why those clubs don't give me the performance I expect even when making good contact. This is probably as helpful as getting your clubs regripped. Do recommend.

This groove sharpener is great! Cleaned up all my wedges like new. First couple round I have done the ball acted line the wedge was brand new. Well worth the money and cost savings from buying a new set of wedges.

Works .
Very good results. My worn 56 degree wedge once again generates excellent spin.Finicky to choose correct groove pattern though. Would prefer to have a list of club brand groove designs to help.
