This watch continually disconnects and will randomly switch time and be hours off. Sometimes the app work well but a majority of the time none of them work or work properly. I'm very unsatisfied and would never recommend this to anyone!!!

First of all, I'll give the pro's of this watch:1. Very rugged and sturdy2. Screen is really strong (I think it's actually tempered glass)3. Lots of menu options right on the watch itself4. Step counter seems to work pretty well5. Goals are pretty robust6. Heart rate tracker works very wellNow, I'll give the con's of this watch:1. Sleep tracker does not start tracking sleep until 2 hrs after you've been moving less or not at all2. Calorie tracker does not work correctly from my experience (counted 0 calories from my weight training workout - seems to need you to take lots of steps to work properly)3. Distance tracker does not work well from my experience (on a treadmill)4. Lots of workout options to choose from, but can only select a few from the app, and no way to sort or organize them on the watch itselfFor my needs, this did not fit the bill. I love how rugged and sturdy the watch is, but I just can't use a watch that takes 2 hrs to start tracking my sleep patterns, when I get about 6 hrs on average....that is pretty much useless to me. Also, it did not perform well during my treadmill workout or my weight training workout, which is why I really got it, so I'm going to be returning this one.

It could use more information in the book that comes with it. It works well for what I need it for but, I don’t think all the features work.

I got this for my son because when he’s outside exercising (tennis, biking, running) and not staring at his phone he often loses track of time. This was an easy, inexpensive fix. I like that it has so many features, especially heart rate monitoring and sleep tracking, as I’m concerned he doesn’t get enough sleep, and that it’s really rugged because he’s rough on everything.

My husband is a Driller and works in some of the toughest most rugged places and is very hard on watch's. He received this watch for a Christmas present from his 2 young daughters and after 11 days the screen started glitching out and then within 20 minutes just went black won't charge doesn't turn on. So this is not military grade because a rough and tough hard working Alaskan Man put it to the test and it failed. So back to trying to find something that can withstand our weather and hard working dirty jobs kind of watch
