Solar Eclipse Glasses -Solstice Glasses x 5 pairs

The glasses worked perfectly to enable the safe viewing of the 2023 Annual Solar Eclipse in USA.

After ordering these glasses, I read a review saying that they were for children, which worried me. My glasses were delivered about twenty minutes ago and I have already tried them. They are not too large but they fit me, an adult male with a largish head, and they seem fine. I wear proper glasses myself and used these glasses over the top of my normal glasses without difficulty. Because I was wearing my own glasses as well, they only just reached my ears, and I felt I had to hold them in place, but that's no problem for me. The sun was clearly visible through them. Without my proper glasses they fit well. Very pleased and looking forward to the eclipse. I should add that I have been interested in astronomy for many years and experience tells me that it is almost certain that the morning of Friday 20th March will be very cloudy. Still, this is going to be the best solar eclipse for years, so I'm going to hope that this time we will have some luck.

I used these to watch the solar eclipse on 20/3/15 - they certainly keep your eyes very well protected. I was a bit worried at first as the sun looked very blurry - then I realised that I needed to keep my normal distance glasses on and wear these over the top!. This worked really well and enabled all my family to enjoy the eclipse in safety.

Safe glasses - this is one of the proper manufacturers of eclipse glasses. They will show the sun orange which is actually not the actual color of the sun, but most people find it more pleasing that way anyway. However, the Baader ones that show the sun in the more correct white, are also a bit sharper than this - hence one star off - although you might not be able to see the difference.Don't wait for the next eclipse, get them now while they are cheap!

I gave these a high rating because they are good value for money, well made, and comforms to all the correct standards. But the manufacturers need to be checked out by major scientific institutions because THEY HAVE FOUND THE SECRET OF WEATHER CONTROL!!!! Evey single time I put these on, !!??#!! CLOUDS!!! And don't mention the fricking eclipse! I said don't mention it, you hear?? Waited years for this, and the glasses just MADE the clouds assemble thick and fast over The UK, especially London. And when you took the glasses off, when (apparently) the eclipse was over, yes you guessed, the clouds disappeared. Lesson learnt.

This was great for the eclipse. We have stored away for the next one. :)

They were cool.. liked them. Lol. Unfortunately, eclipses dont happen often.. but worked a wonder during the (partial) eclipse in UK.Trust me.. they'll last.
