Induction was waste of money don't buy it not fast cooking even take so many time to cook the food

Product is not working
I had purchased this product some 2 months back and from couple of days it is not working, after plugging with switch on mode also it is not showing the power indication. I am trying to contact the supplier but couldn't able get any customer contact details, sent mail but not got any response. Tried contacting Amazon customer care but don't have any option. What should I rate about product customer service from vendor and Amazon? Thank you (Prestige - TTK), service engineer visited my place and solve issue.

Can’t remove the vessel
Good but, once I removed the vessel just remove water unit it just stopped working earlier it used show Erie to keep the vessel
