Strong and v effective
Split steel motorcycle chain without bothering to grind pins, just line up and very easily and nearly split. Strong and well made design.

Good quality item
Cheaper than buying a new pin for my splitter/joiner. Chain split in seconds

Total waste of money
Very poorly made. The screw mechanism is loose in the frame, the central pin is off centre and it’s impossible to drive out the link pin. Went straight in the bin!

Shattered
Upon driving the pin out of the link on my chain the bar in which is supposed to push it through decided to shatter in to shards, not happy as thought for the cost it would be good quality

Waste of money
Absolutely useless, got one rivet out before it snapped, I was expecting it to only last a while but not this useless.

Broke straight away
Used it take link off and metal pin onit snapped so wasn't very strong also dont no how contact seller to send pics so at write this here but if seller contacts me ill remove this feedback

Worth the money
Bought this to install a chain on my ATV as I needed to shorten the chain I bought.The chain was a 530 size, and as advertised, this breaker worked like a charm. It pushed out the original pin easily so the chain was the length needed.As with any chain breaker however, BE SURE TO GRIND OFF THE EXPANDED RIVETING from the end of the pin on the chain! Unless you have an extremely high strength industrial chain breaker, all you will do is bend the chain breaker's pin, and even then it's recommended to grind off the riveting. A Dremel tool with a grinding attachment is all you need, and a file will work in a pinch.

N’écoutez pas les mauvais avis ! Si vous ne l’utilisez pas de la bonne façon c’est normal que ça fonctionne mal!Il suffit de bien mettre le mécanisme en butée sur la chaîne, tourner et magie je n’ai pas tant forcer alors que c’était une grosse chaîne de quad ! Alors je valide vraiment 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
