Definitely gives strength. Got result within 1.5 week. No taste at all tastes like mineral water. Does not damage the taste of choco whey shake if mixed. I suggest to go for it. Great Deal. No issue in digestion.Packaging is a bit off. pay attention to the zip while closing. (or go for the jar in monsoon specially)

I tried this for the first time and I saw immediate results with improved strength while working out. This one is a budget-friendly Creatine you must surely give a try.

Visible results
Getting results from using something like creatine takes time, it's not something that happens overnight. It took me a month or so to notice the difference, I could do more reps for my workouts which helped me progress in calisthenics. There are some things you have to look out for, like drinking 3-5 L of water daily, which proved to be quite a challenge. Also, mixing this with water gave it a weird taste so, I recommend drinking this with your protein shake. Overall it depends on how you use it.. the product does stand up to its name.Research creatine thoroughly before purchasing any products to understand it better and use them effectively.

Would not recommend this to anyone because before this nakpro creatine I had gnc's creatine which used to increase my strength in gym and recovery was smooth with gnc but in nakpro case there is no boost in strength and my recovery is zero next day , and I'm now sore till next day which was not the case in gnc
