Will this fit on a 2003 F150 with a 5.4 V8?

It looks like it should, but you can go by a Kragen or Auto Zone store and compair yours with thei air filter fthey are selling for the 2003 F 150 w/ a 5.4 V8

It's a different filter; it may fit, but if your vehicle calls for a FA 1634, I wouldn't use it. What vehicle do you have? What is the difference between the motorcraft fa1632 and the motorcraft fa1632b3? both fit my ford e350.

the difference between the two-part is the fa-1632-b3 is a multi-pack of three and we do not offer that part number so you will have to order the fa-1632 instead

I am sure it will not. This part is for a 1998 - 2002 or so V-8 5.8L Ford F-150. Your V10 would take a bigger filter for sure, it may look the same, but it is not. There are several sizes of this Conical Filter Ford used in the 1990 - 2005 cars and trucks. Do not mismatch parts, will ruin an engine very quickly. I recommend Wix or Motorcraft. Go to a Ford Dealer and have them look up a F-550 Chassis 6.8L gas engine air filter. I hope the coach folks did not change the Air Box, they should not do this.
