The worse steriliser
I sadly need to give 1 star for this product. Requires a lot of maintenance (water and vinegar ) after each use. Having a new born it is adding additional tasks. Steam manages to escape causing burning hazard. The lower plate collects lime scale regularly and at some point some burning smell appeared. Lid does not close properly. The steriliser was only used for 2 months! Not worth the money !

Beautiful product
I’ve had it 3 months and it’s been amazing, would definitely recommend, it is very sensitive in terms of if the item are not assembled properly and will stop at drying, just add water again and make sure it’s all sealed.

On my third machine in seven months
This is my third one in seven months. I bought de-ionised water and limescale still built up. I needed to descale every 2 days. Despite cleaning the machine very carefully, it effectively blew up twice. Customer service were great the first time but slow the second one and tried to say I wasn't descaling it properly.It also appears to leave a residue on some items.Regret returning my Tommee Tippee one as it was smaller and didn't dry the items. I'm pumping too so I don't have time to sterilise and dry every item. The picture is after only 3 uses. Just need it to get me to my baby being one. Though have been using sterilising bags in the microwave and the bottles appear to be cleaner.
