Great quality, thick vac seal bags and lots of them for a great price. I do a lot of sous vide cooking and go through a lot of these. I was going broke buying from Costco and I’m glad I found these. I’ve reordered several times. Highly recommend.

We used to use just plain ziploc bags. Now with a better sealer - we use these all the time. Usually for large trays of meat that we portion out. The pre-made bags hold enough in the small for 2 people and the large for 4. I get a good seal almost all the time, unless we have juice or grease on the inside where the seal will be made. I've been able to wipe it clean with a papertowel to reseal and not waste the bag. Will buy again.

I have a Food Saver machine. I also have the food saver bags. They are great. I thought I'd try the cheaper ones, but that was not smart. I sealed some fresh carrots and when I went back to use them, the bag had air and moisture in it. Needless to say,they were soft and I had to discard them. I also vacuum sealed some shredded cabbage and that also had to be thrown out. I also vacuum sealed a block of cheese, but I got that just in time..I resealed it in the food saver bag. I guess you get what you pay for, so I will spend the extra cash. The food I got rid of is more than the extra cost of the food saver bags. Lesson learned: spend the extra money 💰💰💰 I tried using the bags once more and I realized that I was not sealing them properly. Still not as good as the Food Saver bags, but better than what I first said. Just make sure the bags are properly sealed.

The rolls seem to work so far. I vacuum sealed flour. Normally I would put the flour in paper bags and then vacuum seal them. But I did not have any this time and so I put paper towel on top of the flour inside the bag and then vacuum sealed it. I left them out over night because I wanted to see if any would leak air in. There is one that some of the flour was sucked in during vacuuming (see close up). But even that one seem to have held up. So far, they seem to be sealed OK. I will update if any of the seals fail.
