i just purchased my smallest sword ever. it's adorable. SAF, if you know what i mean (sharp as F@**).Warning, if you are unpracticed, get someone skilled to sharpen this one, it's flexible, thus, more difficult to get 'consistent' edge. it will take time, so use it well.

It’s extremely sharp and well balanced. I cook every week for our church breakfast and use it to slice croissants, biscuits and rolls in half.

Another Great one.
Anyone who uses slicing knives know that flexibility and weight matter. This knife is, simply put, a great tool to have in your bag. Especially for thinly sliced fish, smoked or fresh, a great piece of hardware. Easy to clean, and holds its edge well too. Another in my my family of Globals, I am happy to own.
