Love this chair. Had to assemble it but it was super easy and I’m glad I made the purchase. Looks great and feels good. Especially for the price. Buy it!

The white leatherette is soft and supple, and doesn't make my room look too "dark" like my old black chair. The metal accents reflect the light and brighten my room, look very classy, and feel sturdier than plastic. It was relatively easy to assemble; I am a 5'2'' petite woman, and managed to put it together by myself within 30 minutes. If you have trouble with the caster wheels, try pinching the wire around the head of the post with pliers; it helped to make inserting them much easier (I used jewelry pliers I had on hand). Everything else was easy to assemble, and I loved that the parts packaging came in one piece, with each piece clearly separated from the others and labeled as per the instructions. No digging around the bottom of the box for a small plastic baggy of non-descript screws.This chair might be best suited for medium to small people. It's just large enough to be roomy for me. I am short, and my legs don't touch the ground even on the lowest setting, but I can sit fully cross-legged, and can adjust myself in several comfortable positions (leaning to the right or left, with my feet up on the chair), but someone much larger might find it cramped. My head comes just perfectly to the headrest. My larger brother (6'0'' and 200 lbs.) sat briefly in it, and it creaked and protested a lot, but I don't have any creaking when I sit in it. He mentioned that it felt "hard," but I feel like it's just "sturdy;" the cushioning might not yield much, but it also doesn't feel like it's going to sink into a pancake within a couple of months. If you want more "pillowy" cushioning, though, it might not be for you, or you might want to sit on another cushion. The back support feels lovely when I lean back, cradling my lower back just right. I can sit in this chair for several hours comfortably, watching movies, gaming, or surfing the net, plus I love the look of it, so it's perfect for me!

I received the chair today, well ahead of the expected delivery estimate given when I placed the order so that was nice. The box was pretty beat up, but the chair was not damaged. I will advise being cautious with the screws if you're touching the white parts of the chair, they do have a little oil on them to prevent rust which I did get on the chair a little. It does wipe right off with a soft cloth or tissue though. I did have to police up all of the silica gel beads though since that packet had broken open at some point during shipping and spilled on the floor when I took the chair out of the box. I didn't need my dogs sampling that. Anyway, the chair went together pretty quickly until the very last screw on the arm connected to the back of the chair. The screw ended up stripping and I couldn't get it to go all the way into he hole as a result, so now the arm is a bit loose. I debated contacting customer service, but since it's attached, and honestly not horribly loose I decided it wasn't worth the hassle to try and have them send me a completely new chair since I can't get the screw back out to try and use the spare in it's place. Anyway, that is the only reason I gave this chair 4 stars instead of 5. I read other reviews that said the holes didn't line up correctly and it did take a little muscle to get the chair parts to line up, but the arms slipped right over the screw holes with some, but not a lot of effort, so if you're not particularly strong in the upper body this may be something you have a friend help you with, but it wasn't so bad I wanted to give up and send it back. Otherwise the chair is really comfortable and lightens up the room I'm using it in. It's still a little firm, but I know that with use it will soften up. I also read that it leans too far back in a review, but I didn't find that it was too far, plus there is a knob under the chair that allows you to adjust the lean "speed" or ease I guess for lack of a better description. I am happy with it overall.

I love, love, love my new white office chair! It's not only beautiful but it is very comfortable!! Very satisfied with my purchase. I can't wait to sit in it daily once I finish revamping my home office.

I am loving this chair. I can't believe it was as inexpensive as it was. It certainly has the look of a chair that could cost two to three times as much easily. It arrived quickly and without much incident (the box was a little smashed up from shipping but it didn't damage the chair). The box is a little heavy but I lugged it up the stairs to my office where I planned to match it with the Monarch Specialties Hollow Core White Desk that arrived at the same time. The chair was really easy to put together. It took maybe fifteen minutes. The chair has a nice weight and the rollers glide very smoothly across my wood floor. The chrome finished parts look very nice contrasted against the white faux-leather. The chair itself is very comfortable. It has the perfect amount of support and the contouring puts all the support in just the right places. It tilts back a little bit but, in my opinion, the perfect amount for comfort. I was truly surprised by how much I liked this chair. I thought I was cutting corners getting an inexpensive one, but it has become one of my favorite places to sit, whether I have work to do in the office or not.

I rarely write reviews on products, but this product was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. I bought this chair less than two years ago. If was a little time consuming to put together and one of the screws would not line up to the base so it never screwed in the whole way. I was very meticulous about tightening the screws because of this every couple months. Recently, the chair started leaning to one side. This got progressively worse within a week, when you raised the seat the hydraulic would just fall down and the seat would not stay up. Then the chair was leaning in all directions, like when you are on an amusement ride and the ride is throwing you around in your seat. I tried to deal with it for a couple of hours but then it completely broke off the base and sent me to the floor. Save your money and don't buy this one, it is not worth the money.

I have been searching for a chair for my new office space for about a month. I was going back and forth between a full on gaming chair, or a more decorative style office chair.I found this chair and I loved the look! It was stylish but still a bigger style chair. I wanted something all white and most of the game chairs I found were mostly black or had a lot of accent colours on them. This chair was a nice middle ground for what I was looking for.It was fairly easy to assemble. The arm covers took a minute to figure out but all in all not too bad.It is sturdy and so far comfy ( have been using for a few days and no complaints)And it looks beautiful in my space!

Very comfortable and beautiful chair.

This is a great chair for the price. It’s wide, it’s pretty, the wheels are surprisingly smooth rolling. The tilt is really nice. Very adjustable for height. The one downfall is that the arm rests just do not stay tight. They are constantly wiggling loose and need tightening. But considering the price of the chair, I’d say that’s a fair trade off for an otherwise sturdy and comfortable chair.

The product came within the expected amount of time, and I was able to put it together. Thought I was missing a piece and they sent it to me within a day or two, so kudos for that and apologies - it *didn't* come with a missing piece, I thought the thing in the diagram was supposed to be a metal piece, but it was plastic. It came with all the small stuff - screws mostly - on one piece of cardboard with everything clearly labeled. I was able to put it all together by myself except for one - attaching the back of the chair to the seat. I had to call a friend to help and we both struggled with it (he's a big strong guy and HE had trouble with it!) but we finally got them together. The chair works perfectly, rolls very easily, and is not killing my bum like the old 15-year-old chair it replaced did ;) (Which came from Staples, not here)

I am an artist so i spend many many hours sitting. This chair didn't even last 4 months before it became uncomfortable. It has caused no end of hip pain, and lower back pain. After having it 1 year i couldn't take the pain anymore and brought a new chair. It looks so comfy in the pictures but I found even out of the box it wasn't half as comfy as the photos. Offers little support. I am 5'6 and 170lbs so not a big person. Can't tell you how disappointed i was.
