Good bit of kit for the tool box, easy to use, fits most spaces. Good value for money as saved me a lot of flooring wastage. Very functional tool

I couldn’t use it for what I wanted
I was building floor to ceiling cupboards and wanted to use it to measure the shape of the coving and skirting board. I realised that I couldn’t use it for either of these tasks as it has a big bit at the top and bottom where you can’t measure and so it’s only good for shapes in the middle of spaces and not in corners or floors or ceilings.

Hilarious that this is listed as a father's day gift. Made tiling my bathroom much easier!

Fine as rough guide
I purchased to help cut vinyl tiles and worked as a rough guide by in my opinion was not exact enough. Definitely helpful in the process but to get exact measurements I used paper template once approximate measurements cut out.
