My Mom doesn't weigh enough to trigger alarm.
The unit works well, if you have enough weight to trigger it. The one for sitting works perfect. Day time my Mom can sit on it, alarm sounds if she tries to get up, life is good! However, at night, when I need it the most, that pad on her bed doesn't work for her! She weighs 115 pounds. When she lays down, she doesn't have enough weight to trigger it. I had her on it, lay down, turned it on, she sat up, alarm sounded, but when she layed back down on it, it kept alarming! Her weight just won't keep the thing from alarming! So, I'm back to worry about my Mom falling because she has dementia & gets up, falls, broke her hip once, and has had about 25 falls recently. Any suggestions on how to keep her safe? This pad is useless to me while sleeping. Perhaps I should get her a weighted vest? Anyone know the weight limit for this to work? I wouldn't have bought it if that had been posted. Seems like you have to weigh 120-130 to have it work. Is that right?

The chair pad works very well.
The chair pad works perfectly. I’m very pleased, but not so with the bed pad. The alarm rings every time there is movement.

Poor quality.
Unable to get these pads to work properly. I've tried over several weeks to try and optimize placement but the alarm just won't work. New batteries were no help. Also tried using with several people of different weights, but the alarm only works about 1/3 of the time.

Alarm is loud and you can hear it in other rooms which will give you a sense of security.
This item was extremely helpful while caring for my elderly father while on hospice. The alarm is very sensitive and would go off with any slight adjustment he made on the bed. The alarm is very loud which was helpful when we left the room for any reason. The connection when we went from the chair to the bed was not as tight and we realized that sometimes the alarm would go off because of the connection

Works Perfect
This product worker perfect. Sadly my mother has tried getting out of the bed without assistance and so we finally decided to try these to alert us and omg boy does it work!! Thank you :)

Way too sensitive
Way too sensitive went off every time my mom moved and it kept waking her up so I returned.

Too sensitive
Bought this to help my MIL to use for my FIL. It was too sensitive. She tried to make it work but just couldn’t. I tried to return it but says the return window has closed. Very disappointed in this product and now I am unable to return it.
