I bought this to change out my bathroom sink to be able to wash my hair with it. I don’t have a bath tub and I like to was my hair in cold water…that’s not fun in the shower. This faucet works perfectly. The hose is a decent length and height to be able to get my head under. The spray function is great as well.

Cold water does not completely shut off constantly drips. They contacted me and I thought they wanted to remedy my situation. But they were only interested in seeing a picture of the drip of water out of the end of a faucet. I am returning it.I did get a replacement. This is the 3rd of these faucets I have in my home. Other than this incident. I have been very pleased with the product.

The media could not be loaded.  So I was beyond happy to see everything you need is in the box, except for the tools. If they had that they would deserve standing ovations for the customer.I have changed a lot of faucets over the years and this was the best to put together. Why? Because I didn't have to run out in the middle of the project because the product didn't come with something that is needed to install the product you bought. Every other faucet I have dealt with has had this massive issue whoch is fristrating and time consuming. So thank you!The directions weren't the best, as they have some new installation features I have not seen in the past so...When installing the hot and cold hose that goes from the wall to the faucet, screw the piece into the faucet. I thought it was supposed to lock in which was weird at first but when you look at the split hose, they have that so didn't seem so farfetched. However, that wasn't the case so screw it into the faucet... thennn secure it to the hot/cold connections from the wall.Beyond that, everything else was simple and pretty straight forward. Great job! I will be coming back for more products in the future.My daughter is 2 months and it didn't take long to install. She was asleep during the process and woke towards the end so if a single mom can do it, so can you!

I love the way this faucet looks in my bathroom! The water streams nicely and sprays evenly. I got the brushed nickel. I love it. I highly recommend it. Oh! It does not come with a drain plug/stopper.

The media could not be loaded.  I paid to have this installed only to discover this company included water supply lines for hot and cold that had fittings different than the fitting on the drawing tube. The picture shows the drawing tube connection end with the caption "fits" and one of the water supply lines as "dont fit"The drawing tube line is the only line that snaps in properly to the 3 prong connector..the drawing tube connects to the pull out sprayer. All three fittings of the 3 prong connectors are the same so they included the wrong hot and cold water supply lines. They leaked water all over my bathroom until the water got shut off. Couldn't find those hoses after driving ice covered roads to a neighboring town 60 miles away so I bought a moen faucet and everything works and fits perfect.I learned a lesson, stick with a company with a long history for quality and a lifetime warranty. It was also the same price as this piece of garbage.This company's failure cost me in multiple ways and I'm not very happy..maybe the worst experience ever from something I bought online.

I called two dealers that sold this faucet to try to get some longer extended nuts so I could mount this on my granite countertop, which is an inch and an eighth thick. I tried to contact the company that sells them. I also went to two plumbing supply houses to no avail. I ended up having to go to a machine shop and have two extended nuts made because the threads are not American made or metric special. I guess Chinese.

What did I use the product for? Well, truth be told, I replaced a leaky high rise single control faucet with this one, and even my dog is pleased!
