Package said 10 sachets, but there was only 9, and although product didn’t seem to be “used” , the box was open without any seal so maybe that’s why one was missing. Had to return due to this, also says it’s a Korean lash lift, but the ingredients are similar to the ones in a traditional lift not Korean life.

As a loyal customer who purchases this product frequently, I have always been satisfied with its quality and performance. However, my most recent purchase was highly disappointing. Upon receiving the item, I immediately noticed significant differences from my previous purchases. The color of the product was noticeably different, and upon using it, I realized that the formula or ingredients had been altered. As a result, the product did not perform as expected, and the results were far from satisfactory. I believe that the product has been tampered with or diluted, potentially for the sake of maximizing profit margins. This is unacceptable and goes against the trust and confidence I have placed in your brand. As a customer who relies on this product for its consistent quality, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. As a loyal customer, I hope to see swift action taken to address this issue and restore the quality and integrity of this products.
