We purchased this to replace protein powder while on Whole30 (can't have sugar). Seemed to work fine, but we noticed after a while the bag started to smell a little. No big deal since we are near the bottom of the bag, but just something we noticed.

I was able to make some good food over the holiday & still remain carnivore.

I used this product to make a popular low carb flour substitute. Upon opening the bag I noticed an odor but still used it, well it made the batch of biscuits smelly enough to be off putting, I would not recommend using this product in any recipe if you have nothing to mask the odor.

Use in baking and so far great
