Ordered for my nephew for Christmas. They fit well and after being washed were still comfortable. He liked his so well my sister ordered some for her other son.

Im currently a 42-44 waist, and this fit as I would expect.. which is rather snug, and form fitting if you will.

Really like these shorts and now own 3 pair. Only reason I didn't give them a 5th star as due to some slight color bleeding while washing. Be sure to wash them alone in cold water for the first couple of washings. Even after that, there is still a little color bleeding but not enough to ruin your other clothes. Obviously it's not a deal breaker or I wouldn't have bought more of them :-)
